Our mission at The Fix Studio is to help athletes reach their potential while still maintaining a balanced lifestyle. We specialize in endurance coaching for cyclists, runners and triathletes of all levels.

Premier Coaching

Comprehensive approach to training and racing that includes a structured training plan, active communication, and schedule flexibility to meet the demands of your goals and your busy life. This option is ideal for people with busy and unpredictable schedules and who are looking for very frequent communication with their coach.
Starts at $350 (Includes cost of Powerfix Class Sessions)

Classic Coaching

A structured training plan issued monthly that is tailored to fit your needs and goals. This plan is perfect for people who have a very stable and predictable schedule and are looking for direction in their training but do not necessarily need daily communication with their coach.
Starts at $125 + Cost Of Powerfix Class Sessions

One on One Coaching Session

If you are looking for some training advice, or need help working on specific skills, setting goals, or analyzing your performance from your last event then a one on one coaching session is a great option. These sessions give you the opportunity to sit down or ride with one of our coaches and work towards your goals. Sessions are 60min long.

Functional Movment Screen and Training

A FMS sets a baseline of analysis focusing on how you preform fundamental movement patterns. If you preform fundamental movement patterns well you have a platform from which you can develop the more complex and specialized movements necessary for your sport.

Gait Analysis

Our gait analysis starts with a FMS to gain perspective on how you move. From there we examine how you run and determine how to help you run better. The goal is give you the tools that will help keep you injury free and help you run longer and faster.

Biomechanical Bike Fit

A biomechanical bike fit starts with a functional movement screen. The service looks at how you move both on and off the bike. After we understand how you move we can adjust the fit of the bike, and give you movement exercises that will help you become a better cyclist.
