Our approach to training is progressive, thoughtful and specifically tailored to help you slay your goals. Your coach will develop a training plan that works for you and your adventurous lifestyle.
It begins with an initial consultation to discuss your objectives and what a training plan could look like for you. Once we’re up and running, we leverage the power of the TrainingPeaks platform and WKO5 to build unique workouts for you, to then track and monitor your progress all the way to your achievement. We also have strength and mobility plans available to help keep you injury free.
TRAINING PLAN PLUS+
Training Plan Plus+ is a little more than a generic indoor Training Plan. It is an hybrid between a training plan and 1:1 coaching, without fully committing to coaching just yet! During these 12 weeks you will have coach Larry Foss as your “conductor” to help guide you & keep you accountable thru your training.
The benefits of the Plus Plan+ are that you will have an intro 30 min coaching call with Larry at the beginning of the program, a monthly email check in from Larry, weekly strength & mobility workouts AND access to 1 Online PowerFix Strength class per week.

If you are here for the Women’s Training Plan Plus+ program – you’re in the right place! It is essentially the same as the training plan listed above, with different workouts & a bit more emphasis on strength training. You will be working with Sophie & Otte and we are ready to answer all of your questions and help you be adventure ready – let’s get started!
