Power Based Bicycle Training -- PowerFIX Classes
Time is precious, that is why The Fix Studio plans each workout with purpose. Top cyclists have found that to best improve the way you perform, you need to redefine the way you train. PowerFIX is an indoor CompuTrainer cycling program led by Larry Foss and coaching staff, that targets individual fitness levels and trains each rider in their own power zones derived from a time trial done on their bike.
PowerFIX cycling classes are power-based training in a controlled environment, under the direction of a knowledgeable cycling coach, allows for active form work and provides a focused and structured format to increase power, pedal stroke efficiency, muscular strength and endurance.
Upon completion of the program you will have increased cycling efficiency, understand the benefit of power and set base lines for your current Heart Rate and Power zones to maximize your future training.
