The Fix Studio Cycling and Running Class Schedule

Our class schedule is organized into sessions. Each session is broken down into different training blocks, each training block is focused on building running and cycling fitness and follows a progression that will develop your personal training zones. Each week’s workouts are written fresh. Most athletes attend class twice a week with Monday/Wednesday workouts and Tuesday/Thursday workouts going together. There are supplemental classes on the weekends during the fall and winter sessions. Weekend classes are 90min – 2hrs in duration while most weekday classes are 60 min.
