Sophie St. Jacques

As a competitive cyclist for Canada Sophie always had one goal; surpass her own limits. After 17 years as a top competitor Sophie decided it was time to help other top athletes to surpass their limits.

She shared her passion for sports and competition experience with cycling teams around the world, including several World Championships, World Cups, the Commonwealth and Pan-Am Games, and the Canadian Olympic Team in Beijing.

This dedication toward the continued improvement of her skills as an athlete, coach and injury prevention/recovery specialist led Sophie to direct her studies towards Exercise Science, completing a Bachelor degree at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, in Athletic Therapy.

After moving from Montreal to Minneapolis with her husband, Larry Foss, they started The Fix Studio with the goal to help athletes of all levels, from recreational to Olympic athletes, reach their goals.

Sophie has a B.A. in Exercise Sciences, is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT), Massage Therapist (FQM) and a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
