5 Week Online Reconditioning Program

We start with an assessment to identify the drivers of any nagging issues, the movements that you struggle with, and the areas where you want to optimize performance with an exercises program that allows you to move without restrictions and to improve your performances. At the end of the day, we want to help you build a stronger foundation so you can remain injury-free. Contrary to conversational quips, pain is not normal. We do not need to “work through the pain”, instead, let’s address it.

  • Our first session revolves around your 60-minute Recon assessment with Sophie
  • 4 subsequent weekly 1:1 exercise sessions (30min each) with Sophie or Otte
  • Your weekly, self-paced program delivered via an app, combining a pre-set training plan with your personalized reconditioning exercises

One-on-One Training

Whether your goal is to develop a consistent running habit, keep up with the pack or to win a state championship on the bike, solid mobility lays the foundation of your success. After all, unaddressed mobility issues can lead to chronic pain – and that can keep you off the bike and away from the trails. After we conduct a thorough movement assessment, our reconditioning specialists will build a program tailored to your particular weak links. Along the way, we’ll focus on stretches and exercises aimed at helping you move well and performing with confidence for the long haul. We’re here to keep you on track. After all, movement is medicine.

50 min. session: $85
