Motorpace Training for Endruance Sports -- Bike Racing and Triathlons
Motorpacing is a fantastic way to increase your leg speed and simulate race intensity. This is one of the better ways to get faster and is used by top level pros to train their bodies to time trial faster and better tolerate the higher speeds of racing.
Whether you are getting ready for critical race or a big time trial, motorpacing will improve your speed, cadence and overall work capacity. Sessions can be done for individuals or groups of 2-3 and are performed by The Fit Studio staff.
You workout is personalized to your specific needs. We use speed, terrain, heart rate and wattage to custom tailor the motorpacing workout for you. We'll supply the heart rate monitor strap (or bring your own) and an ANT Sport power meter and have we have a dash mounted Garmin to read your power output in addition to heart rate.
